2. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically and may be delivered by download link, email, customer account or another digital delivery method specified at checkout.
Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download or access, the product is generally not eligible for return or refund where the product has been successfully supplied and is functioning as described.
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Digital products may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Daniel Saaiman Photography.

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.

Payments are processed securely through the payment provider available at checkout. Daniel Saaiman Photography does not have access to your full payment card details.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details supplied during checkout are correct. Daniel Saaiman Photography cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Digital products that have been successfully supplied may generally not be returned or refunded solely because the purchaser has changed their mind or no longer wants the product, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
